Texas County Sues Volkswagen for $100M

A county has filed a complaint against Volkswagen seeking damages from alleged violations of local vehicle emissions laws.  According to the Houston Chronical, Harris County in Texas is seeking damages of $100 million claiming emissions from 6,000 diesel cars circulating on roadways in the region have caused harm to the population.
