A federal judge vacates Tom Brady's four-game suspension over his role in "deflate-gate."  Tom Brady’s suspension was imposed Roger Goodell after he discovered New England Patriot’s employees deflated footballs to make the balls easier to grip.  According to Goodell, Brady probably knew about the scheme.  The federal judge did not address the alleged deflated balls, but instead took issue with inadequate notice to Brady of potential discipline and alleged misconduct, denial of the opportunity for Brady to examine one of two lead investigators, and denial of equal access to investigative files, including witness interview notes.
